TEXARAKNA, TX | 2023 GMC AcadiaFebruary 2, 2023It was along tiresome experience and not exactly what I thought it would be but.During the finance part the person sounded so robotic and methodical ,that you could tell that he really didn't care about the customer.There were several errors in the buyer paperwork that I had to point out and I had to beg him to submit to other financial institutions in an attempt to get a better rate. He had only sent it to one...really?? After the sale I kept being given the wrong key to other vehicles,and after the second mistake, they finally had to end up delivering the right key to my house.Response from CLASSIC CADILLAC
